Ed is a Sports Performance Coach with 30+ years of experience working with professional athletes and U.S. Military Special Operations forces. He is a 5th Degree Black Belt, and an inductee into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame. As the founder of Elite Athlete’s Performance Facility in Miami, Florida, and Engineering Sports Performance in Augusta, Maine, Ed has created cutting-edge training environments where champions are made.
Ed served as the Performance Consultant for the University of Memphis Men’s Basketball Team, led by NBA All-Star Penny Hardaway, and consults athletes and coaches globally across North and South America, Central America, Europe, and Israel.
Ed’s expertise extends beyond the gym—he has conducted advanced research in human performance with the U.S. Air Force and co-authored several technical publications, including a chapter in the 2018 Defense Innovation Handbook. Holding a B.S. in Mathematical Science from The College of New Jersey, Ed also brings a strong background in computer science and biomechanics.
